Added sky italia Hd channels to premier cccam servers.
open some hd channels but not stable now . plz wait...fix channels .
Channels : sky sport 1 HD , Sky sport 2 HD , sky sport 24 HD , Sky cinema1 HD , and others...
Added 3 Card sky hd to premiercccam server for better qality.
